Shipping and delivery of products

We ship your order throughout Europe and several non-EU areas in complete safety.
Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated and automatically entered into the cart at checkout and before making the payment.

ITALY

Shipping is free for orders starting from €49 that must be delivered in Italy. For orders under €49, shipping costs are €8 including VAT.
The delivery date indicated during the order is estimated and varies based on product availability. Remember to consider 1-2 more days for southern Italy, islands and peripheral areas.
Shipping will be carried out via UPS or DHL courier and it will be possible to track it by accessing your account. The courier will send the tracking code of your order by email as soon as it is shipped. In the email you will receive when your order is shipped, you will find the tracking link (tracking gls, tracking ups or tracking dhl) that will allow you to follow your shipment and monitor its various statuses.

EU and EXTRA EU

Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on the destination country and will be calculated and automatically added to the cart during the order phase. Generally, shipments to the EU are free for orders starting from €89. For orders under €89, shipping costs are €18 including VAT.

The delivery date indicated during the order phase is estimated and varies depending on the availability of the product. Delivery of products purchased on Eldorado Jewels is guaranteed within 5-8 working days from the date indicated during the order phase.
Shipping will be carried out via UPS or DHL courier and it will be possible to track it by accessing your account. The courier will send the tracking code of your order by email as soon as it is shipped.
Shipments to countries outside the European Union may be subject to taxes and customs charges that will be paid by the recipient.

Please note that for all destinations, delivery times may be subject to delays in the event of holidays and that carriers do not deliver on holidays and weekends.

As established by art. 63 co. 2 Legislative Decree 206/2005, amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, the risk of loss or damage to the products is transferred to the Buyer at the time of delivery, precluding any dispute regarding the characteristics of the products. In this case, any dispute relating to the loss or damage of the products must be raised directly by the Buyer against the carrier responsible for the shipment.
