The sales contract between the Customer and Eldorado S.r.l.s. is understood to be concluded in Italy and regulated by Italian Law. For the resolution of civil and criminal disputes arising from the conclusion of this distance selling contract, if the Customer is a consumer, the territorial jurisdiction is that of the reference court of his/her municipality of residence; in all other cases, the territorial jurisdiction is exclusively that of the Court of Pesaro-Urbino.

The products purchased on this online store are sold directly by Eldorado S.r.l.s. with registered office in Via Roma, 28 - 61020 Auditore (PU) - CF and VAT number 02560250413, as an Authorized Reseller of all the brands on sale.
