OBJECTIVE OF THE PROMOTION

This promotion is carried out with the intention of promoting:

- the sale of products on sale on the website www.eldoradojewels.com;

- free membership to the “Fidelity Club EldoradoJewels” Loyalty Program



PROMOTED PRODUCTS

All products displayed for sale via the web on the e-commerce site www.eldoradojewels.com.



SCOPE

The Commercial Initiative will be valid for all purchasing activities carried out within the e-commerce website identified with www.eldoradojewels.com and belonging to Eldorado S.r.l.s. .



DURATION OF THE PROMOTION

01/07/2024 – 31/12/2026



RECIPIENTS

All consumers, adults, who request registration on the website www.eldoradojewels.com, without obligation to purchase, will be able to participate in the Commercial Initiative by providing the mandatory data requested.



METHOD OF CONDUCT

During the promotional period, all customers who purchase the products for sale on the www.eldoradojewels.com website or who carry out certain actions, such as leaving a review, following EldoradoJewels on their social media, sharing products on their social media, and other actions indicated on the EldoradoJewels Fidelity Club information page will receive points depending on the order or action performed.

In some periods of the year, additional points or discounts may be credited for specific promotions appropriately advertised, such as, for example, for birthdays, anniversaries, specific products, brands, etc.



INFORMATION ON POINTS AND REWARDS:

It is specified that:

1) The points will be credited the same day the order is closed on www.eldoradojewels.com

2) By entering a return request, the relevant points will be instantly removed from your profile and the programming of any accrued voucher will be blocked.

Points:

- The points will be credited from time to time on the website www.eldoradojewels.com in the customer's personal section;

- The points will be issued only following the actual payment of the products and will not be issued, however, for any advance payments paid by the customer;

- Points are valid for 12 months from the loading date;

- Points can be redeemed for discounts on purchases according to all the methods indicated in the Fidelity Club area in the "Ways to redeem" section

- The discount coupons obtained can be used one at a time within the cart page and before proceeding with the purchase order.



MEMBERSHIP TO THE “FIDELITY CLUB ELDORADOJEWELS” LOYALTY PROGRAM

In order to join the online loyalty program it is necessary to register on the website http://www.eldoradojewels.com by filling out the appropriate online form with all the required data. When registering on the aforementioned site, the Customer will choose their Username (registration email) and Password with which they will be able to access the dedicated online services. Each customer is solely responsible for the secrecy of their Username and Password. Signing in

If the customer wishes to update the email with which he signed up for the Loyalty program, he must send an email to info@eldoradojewels.com indicating the new email address with which he wishes to make the replacement.



Cancellation from the Loyalty Program

Those who have already joined the Loyalty Program are considered members of the Loyalty Program and beneficiaries, from the moment of their registration, until they spontaneously request to be canceled from the program, by sending an email to info@eldoradojewels.com. Renunciation of participation in the program can be expressed at any time, with immediate effect and completely free of charge for the customer. Upon cancellation of the Loyalty Program, any remaining points or vouchers will be lost.



FINAL PROVISIONS

During the period of the initiative, the promoting company will be able to propose improved conditions to the participants, which allow them to obtain greater benefits, even for limited periods, giving preventive and appropriate information through communications through the same channels used for the advertising of the initiative . During the period of the initiative, the promoting company will be able to carry out checks on the points accumulated and in the event that any behavior deemed anomalous or fraudulent is found, it could decide to cancel participation in the loyalty programme. The promoting company assumes no responsibility for access problems, impediments, dysfunctions or difficulties regarding the technical instruments, the computer, the cables, the electronics, the software and the hardware, the transmission and the connection, the telephone line that may prevent a customer from accessing the website. Participation in the initiative entails acceptance of every part of the regulation, without any reservations. The Promoting Company reserves the right to modify, even partially and at any time, the methods of participation in this Initiative, giving adequate communication, not introducing worsening modifications and safeguarding the rights already acquired by the participants.
