These General Conditions of Sale exclusively regulate the offer, forwarding and acceptance of purchase orders for products on eldoradojewels.com between the Customers of eldoradojewels.com and the Seller (hereinafter "EldoradoJewels").

EldoradoJewels offers products for sale on www.eldoradojewels.com and carries out its electronic commerce activity exclusively towards its end users who are "consumers". By "consumer" we mean any natural person who acts on eldoradojewels.com for purposes not related to his commercial, entrepreneurial or professional activity, if any. These General Conditions of Sale ("General Conditions of Sale") are governed by the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 and subsequent amendments) and by the rules on electronic commerce (Legislative Decree no. 70/ 2003 and subsequent amendments) and apply exclusively to remote sales via the web of the Products shown on the eldoradojewels.com website, in correspondence with which there is the "Pay now" button, and of the Services as indicated in these General Conditions of Sale as well as in the other sections of the Site. In the event of changes to the General Conditions of Sale, the General Conditions of Sale published on the Site at the time the Order is sent by the Customer will apply.

Terms of payment

• Other payment methods available: Paypal, Klarna, Bank Transfer. EldoradoJewels allows payment of the order in installments using the payment methods that provide for installments, without any additional cost, i.e. Paypal and Klarna. It is not possible to pay in installments by bank transfer. In case of bank transfer, the order will be processed only upon receipt of the credit confirmation of the total amount of the order.

Guarantees

• All products sold by EldoradoJewels are covered by the manufacturer's conventional warranty and by the 24-month warranty for defects of conformity, pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/02. To benefit from warranty assistance, the Customer must keep the warranty coupon present in the original packaging (tag), as well as the proof of purchase. The exercise of the Warranty may include requesting assistance from the Authorized Assistance Centers present in the area and/or following the methods illustrated in the documentation inside the product packaging depending on the type of product purchased.
• The manufacturer's conventional warranty is provided according to the methods illustrated in the documentation inside the product packaging. If, following intervention by an Authorized Assistance Centre, the defect is found not to be covered by the manufacturer's conventional warranty, the Customer will be charged for any costs of verification and restoration requested by the Authorized Assistance, as well as transport costs, if supported by EldoradoJewels.
• The 24-month warranty pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/02 applies to the product that presents a lack of conformity, provided that the product itself is used correctly, in compliance with its intended use and as provided in the attached technical documentation. This guarantee is reserved for the private consumer (natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or makes the purchase without indicating a VAT number reference in the order form). In the event of a lack of conformity, EldoradoJewels will, at no cost to the Customer, restore the conformity of the product through repair/replacement or reduce the price, until the contract is terminated. If, following intervention by an Authorized Assistance Centre, the defect does not result in a lack of conformity pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/02, the Customer will be charged for any costs of verification and restoration requested by the Authorized Assistance, as well as the shipping costs if supported by EldoradoJewels.
• The times of repair or possible replacement of the product depend exclusively on the manufacturer's policies and no damage can be requested from EldoradoJewels for any delays in carrying out repairs or replacements.
• In cases where the application of the guarantees requires the return of the product, the goods must be returned by the Customer in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, etc...); to limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend placing it in a second box; In all cases, affixing labels or adhesive tapes directly to the original packaging of the product should be avoided.
